1.   How long does shipping take from your online store?
Most items ship within 1or 2 days and are shipping priority mail so you should receive the item within 4-10 days depending on how long it takes from our California warehouse.

2.   What size should I order? We strongly encourage you to review our size chart on the web site. Our sizing is meant to last as long as possible during this fast growing stage so we stager our sizing with sizes 2, 3.5, 5.5 and 6.5 to allow for growth and longer wear.

3.   How do I care for my Oh! Five's?
Oh! Five's are all leather so they can be easily wiped off with a baby wipe. Also, they can be machine washed on cold, air dry.

We sell at select boutiques throughout the United States and Online.
